German alternative telco Versatel has announced that its CFO Max Padberg has resigned.
Padberg will leave his role as CFO and executive board member on April 30 to pursue new opportunities.

German alternative telco Versatel has announced that its CFO Max Padberg has resigned.
Padberg will leave his role as CFO and executive board member on April 30 to pursue new opportunities.
Roland Steindorf, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Versatel AG: “We would like to thank Dr Padberg for his commitment to Versatel AG. He was considerably setting priorities in stabilizing and redirecting the company during the financial crisis as well as reducing corporate debts. We highly regret his resignation and wish him all the best.”
CEO Alain Bandle will cover for Padberg in the interim period prior to a successor being names, which should happen soon, Versatel said.
