Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska plans to launch a bond issue worth PLN400m (E104m) in May with PKO SA as sole bookrunner.
The proceeds will be used to buy back PLN330m (E86m) worth of its own shares.
In addition, the operator is expected to sign a PLN330m loan in the near future to refinance the PLN400m loan raised last December with Millenium, PKO SA and WestLB.
Multimedia Polska offers triple-play services primarily in primarily in central, north-western and southern Poland. It had 673,000 subscribers at the end of last year.
