Indonesian towerco Solusi Tunas Pratama (STP) has launched a US$300m five-year bond issue.
The non-call reg S bonds will yield about 6.5% and may price today, Reuters cited the company as saying.
Joint lead managers and bookrunners on the offering are BNP Paribas, ING, JP Morgan, Standard Chartered and HSBC.
STP was not immediately available for comment.
The towerco last tapped debt markets in December 2014 when it secured a US$790m syndicated debt facility, also arranged by the five abovementioned banks.
Earlier this month, local rival Tower Bersama Infrastructure (TBIG) issued a US$350m bond due 2022 to refinance existing debt.
