Legal practices Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and Denton Wilde Sapte LLP have completed their merger, forming a transatlantic international law firm.
Called SNR Denton, the enlarged group has locations in 32 countries, ranging from the US to Russia.
The merger was unanimously approved by partners on June 9, and the two firms have been working on integration ever since.
Elliott Portnoy and Howard Morris, SNR Denton’s co-CEOs, said in a joint statement: “Our lawyers and professionals worldwide are already working together on many client matters – we have made a great start.”
Joseph Andrew and Martin Kitchen have been appointed co-Chairmen of the new firm.
