Kosovo is planning to launch the tender for the privatisation of telecoms incumbent PTK in June.
The operator has 1.1 million mobile subscribers and 80,000 fixed-line subscribers, among which 50,000 are also internet subscribers.
Hrvatski Telecom, Telekom Austria, Orascom Telecom and Cable & Wireless were among the companies which reportedly attended the investors conference held last week in Pristina.
The winner of the tender is expected to be announced by September.
