New Zealand Telecom Corp’s CFO Russ Houlden is to leave the company to return to the UK.
Houlden adds to a growing list of senior management changes at the telco as he departs to take up a CFO role at a FTSE 100 company.
A successor for Houlden, who joined Telecom Corp in April 2008, has not yet been found although Houlden will stay in the role until that moment.
In a statement Telecom Corp CEO Paul Reynolds said: “Russ has brought great rigour, discipline and insight to our financial planning processes as the company’s transformation gathered pace.”
