US VoIP services provider Vonage has appointed David Pearson as its CFO and treasurer, effective from 1 May 2013.
He replaces Barry Rowan, who left the company in December last year to pursue another opportunity.

US VoIP services provider Vonage has appointed David Pearson as its CFO and treasurer, effective from 1 May 2013.
He replaces Barry Rowan, who left the company in December last year to pursue another opportunity.
Pearson joins the company from Deutsche Bank, where he was head of the global media & telecom group department. Before that, he served as managing director for Goldman Sachs’ technology, media & telecommunications practice.
Commenting on the appointment, CEO Marc Lefar said: “Dave will play an instrumental role in executing our strategic growth initiatives in our core business, international expansion and mobile services.”
