Poland’s state-owned conglomerate PKP Group has further postponed the deadline for final bids for local subsidiary TK Telekom to 23 April, TelecomFinance has confirmed.
Originally set for 9 March, the deadline was initially extended to 2 April at the request of interested bidders to allow time for due diligence to be completed.
A spokesperson for PKP had confirmed, in early March, that six companies were shortlisted for the privatisation but declined to reveal who they were or how much they might bid.
The advising consortium for the transaction consists of Access CF, Grupa Konsultingowa Jagiello Wrebiak i Wspolnicy and Business Consulting.
