Advanced Wireless Network (AWN), a unit of Thailand’s largest mobile operator AIS, will issue Bt20bn (US$617m) worth of senior unsecured debentures in a public offering and private placement.
The issue date is 11 April and proceeds from the offering will be used to finance AWN’s capex and working capital, according to a stock exchange announcement.
The offering, which is split between eight series with tenure ranging from three to 10 years, received an AA+ rating from Fitch.
Joint lead arrangers of the issuance are Kasikornbank, Bangkok Bank, TMB Bank, Bank of Ayudhya, Krungthai Bank, Thanachart Bank, Phatra Securities and CIMB Thai Bank.
AWN is 99.99%-owned by AIS and provides wired and wireless network services.
