PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Telkom) said that it has secured agreements for standby loans worth IR3trn to IR3.5trn (US$332.7 to US$388.2m) from a number of local banks.
The proceeds from the loans will be used for various financing needs, including consolidation of the firm’s tower businesses.
Telkom is also on course to raise IR3trn (US$332.7m) from a bond issue due to be sold on June 24.
