The operator said that the issue will take place between June 28-29 and will use the funds for capex.
Telkom, which is the largest mobile operator in Indonesia, will subsequently list the bonds on the Indonesian bourse.
The bonds have been rated AAA by ratings agency PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia.
