Issued under the telco’s EMTN programme, the bond carries a coupon of 4.375% and the yield is 4.436%. The maturity date is 5 December 2042.
Barclays, Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland were the lead managers for the bond.
In late August, the company priced a €500m 15-year bond under the EMTN programme.
