Kai-Ulrich Deissner has stepped down from his role as CFO and management board member of Croatian incumbent T-Hrvatski Telekom, with effect from 1 April.
Kai-Ulrich Deissner (pictured) has stepped down from his role as CFO and management board member of Croatian incumbent T-Hrvatski Telekom (ZSE:HT), with effect from 1 April.
He will move to parent company Deutsche Telekom (ETR:DTE), where he will hold a role within the central finance department.
Davor Tomašković, president of Hrvatski Telekom’s management board, thanked Deissner for his “contribution to overall operational efficiency improvements and business transformation”.
Deissner transferred to the subsidiary in August 2014, having previously been responsible for the day-to-day steering of customer operations and transformational process design.
Deutsche Telekom owns 51% of the company, while 10% is state-held and the remainder listed.
