The Serbian government launched a tender to select an adviser for the sale of a stake in Telekom Srbija.
Bids must be submitted by 14 May.
The announcement in the Financial Times said: “The bidder must be an investment bank with established international reputation or a consortium headed by an investment bank with established international reputation having performed at least one company transaction in the area of telecommunications in Europe, Near East and Commonwealth of Independent States, the value of which exceeds E500m realised during the past three year accounting period.”
Serbia holds 80% of Telekom Srbija, while OTE owns the rest.
