The French competition authority has given the green light to a new MVNO that will be jointly owned by La Poste and SFR.
The new company, to be named La Poste Telecom, will absorb Debitel, an MVNO currently owned by SFR.
It reportedly targets up to two million residential and business customers and E500m revenues by 2016.
Debitel currently has 260,000 subscribers.
