Orange-backed Telkom Kenya has appointed Mohammed Nyaoga to its nine-member board.
Nyaoga, a lawyer with experience in corporate finance, civil and commercial litigation, replaces Meshack Nyambati, who has retired from the board.
Nyaoga is an advocate of the high court of Kenya and a managing partner at the Mohammed Muigai and Company law firm.
He will join board members including vice chairman Marc Rennard and Bitange Ndemo, also permanent secretary of the communications ministry.
