US mobile communications firm Syniverse has appointed Alfred de Cardenas as chief operating officer (COO).
The appointment is an expansion of de Cardenas’ previous role where he was in charge of global sales and customer support. He is now also responsible for the roaming, messaging and network lines of the business.
“His appointment is a natural progression that better aligns the organization with our strategic direction, keeping customers as our top priority,” said CEO Jeff Gordon.
