Tom Mazerski has been appointed CEO of telco Primus Australia a couple of weeks after it was reported that the former CEO, Ravi Bhatia, would step down from his position.
Mazerski is currently president for US Retail at Primus Telecommunications Group (PTGi), the parent company of Primus Australia.
A statement read that Mazerski, who has been with PTGi since 2009, will also become chief marketing officer for the parent company “to ensure that its marketing, brand, products and services remain consistent across all of its business units.”
Meanwhile, Bhatia is looking to pursue other professional interests but will continue to work as adviser to the board of directors, according to earlier media reports.
