Hungarian fixed-line operator Invitel Holdings has applied to delist its ADRs from the NYSE Amex on February 18.
Last November, Mid Europa agreed to buy TDC’s 64.6% stake in Invitel. Having increased its stake to 91.8% through the subsequent tender offer, the private equity can take full control of the company through the compulsory acquisition procedure.
