Slovenian telco T-2 has announced that it has again been declared bankrupt by the Ljubljana Higher Court.
The operator, majority owned by Slovenian fibre optic network provider Gratel, said in a brief statement that administrator Danica Cuk will take over the management of the company in the coming weeks.
It added that it will continue to provide uninterrupted service to subscribers.
T-2 has struggled financially for years. However, last November it announced that the Constitutional Court had overturned a high court decision to initiate bankruptcy proceedings against it and ruled that the case be reconsidered. A few days later, T-2 said management, headed by Jure Valjavec, had taken back control of the company.
The telco also had a bankruptcy ruling overturned in November 2014.
T-2 is the smallest of Slovenia’s four mobile network operators, trailing incumbent Telekom Slovenije, Telekom Austria’s Si.mobil and KKR’s Telemach.
