The winner won a paired slot of 2×15 MHz for US$5.5m.
The licence in the 2500-2690 MHz band was awarded through a combination of beauty contest and auction. There were five applicants.
The winner will be able to provide fixed, nomadic and mobile broadband over the country for 10 years.
