US based FiberNet is reportedly on the lookout for a buyer, according to the Charleston Daily Mail.
The West Virginia operator, the state’s second largest, is reportedly close to being sold by owners ONE Communications and CTC Communications, which acquired FiberNet’s parent group Conversent Communications when they merged in 2006.
Several buyers are reportedly eyeing the asset at present.
The firms have not yet commented on the reports.
