Canada’s third-largest mobile operator Telus has appointed Darren Entwistle, its current CEO, to the executive chair role.
Entwistle was made CEO in 2000. He will succeed Brian Canfield who is retiring after 14 years as non-executive chair.

Entwistle was made CEO in 2000. He will succeed Brian Canfield who is retiring after 14 years as non-executive chair.
Joe Natale will become president and CEO after serving as chief commercial officer and executive vice president since 2010. He will also join Telus’ board of directors, reporting to Entwistle.
Dick Auchinleck is to be appointed lead director of the company.
The executive changes will become effective at the company’s next annual general meeting on 8 May.
