The European Commission has given the green light to the takeover of Swedish cableco Com Hem by BC Partners. The Brussels based regulator said that unconditional clearance was given to the transaction.

BC Partners acquired Com Hem from previous PE owners Carlyle and Providence in July for a reported E1.8bn (US$ 2.6bn).
