Canadian ISP and cable operator Cogeco announced yesterday that it had acquired the Quebec-based radio stations belonging to Canadian broadcaster and publisher Corus Entertainment.
The acquisition includes four stations in Montreal and three stations in Quebec city.
Cogeco also disclosed that it would divest two FM radio stations in Quebec city market and one station in the Sherbrooke market.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
