Bank of Ireland has appointed Simon Bumfrey, the group’s former head of European Media, to lead its Telecoms, Media & Technology (TMT) division.
Bumfrey, who has more than ten years’ of experience in the sector, replaces Bill Greaves, who will head the bank’s Corporate Banking UK team.
“Bank of Ireland continues to provide support to this dynamic sector and the team is working productively with both existing and new clients across a range of opportunities,” said Bumfrey.
He moved to Bank of Ireland in early 2005 as a Director, and played a significant role in the bank’s newly established Media team, which expanded into Telecoms & Technology in 2008.
