The notes priced at 99.989% and America Movil said in an SEC filing that it reserves the right to upsize the issuance by Ps2.25bn (US$173m) during Asian market hours tomorrow.
The joint book-running managers are Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Morgan Stanley, BBVA, Citigroup and Credit Suisse.
Moody’s rated the notes A2 while S&P assigned A-, and AMX expects Fitch to give the debt an A rating.
The notes will be listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange and the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg bourse.
The transaction is set to close on 5 December.
