Jeroen Hoencamp has been promoted to CEO of Vodafone Group’s UK business following the departure of Guy Laurence, who was announced as the new head of Canada’s Rogers Communications yesterday.
Hoencamp has been running Vodafone’s British enterprise operations since January and was previously CEO of Vodafone Ireland. Prior to that, he spent 12 years in different roles at Vodafone Netherlands.
He will take over from Laurence, set to start at Rogers on 2 December, later this year.
Vodafone said Hoencamp’s successor will be announced in due course.
