The firm is understood to be sending a high calibre delegation to Russia for 18 months to glean information from the Telecom-3 orbiter factory.
The delegation will include five Telkom employees and two members of the National Flight and Space Agency. Telkom president Rinaldi Firmansyah said that the research will relate to the use of satellite image data.
