Nordic telecoms solutions provider Elisa has re-elected the five members of its board, including Risto Siilasmaa as chairman and Raimo Lind as deputy chairman.
The other re-elected members of the board were Ari Lehtoranta, Leena Niemisto and Eira Palin-Lehtinen.
Elisa also announced plans to pay a dividend of E0.90 per share on 7 April.
The company posted revenues of E363m for the three months to the end of September 2010, compared with E360m for the corresponding period the previous year. Q3 2010 EBITDA was E127m, against E131m for Q3 2009.
