Swedish incumbent TeliaSonera has issued a 9-year E750m bond, as part of an E9bn Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) program already underway.
It is priced to yield an annual 4.365%, which is ?equivalent to 90 bps over euro mid-swaps.
“We continue to use the Eurobond market for our long-term debt funding and we are very pleased to secure our long-term financing at attractive rates,” TeliaSonera EVP and CFO Per-Arne Blomquist stated.
Barclays, Deustche Bank, Goldman Sachs and SEB acted as joint bookrunners.
