Spanish computer services provider Tecnocom is looking to acquire assets in Latin America, according to reports.
Bloomberg reported on Thursday that Tecnocom’s CEO, Javier Martin, said that the company expects rapid growth this year with increased demand from Latin American telecoms operators and the financial industry.
According to the report, Tecnocom was looking to acquire a Latin American company with revenue of US$100m-plus, as well as operations in several countries.
Martin also reportedly said that the company was considering two or three smaller companies in Latin America, and two companies in Spain with US$5-10m in sales.
