UK B2B telecoms business Easynet has appointed Bradley Palmer as CFO of its managed services division, Easynet Global Services.
Palmer, who has held senior operations and finance roles at Dutch conglomerate Unilever and UK telco Energis, replaced Vince Russell following the sale of Easynet by UK satellite broadcaster BSkyB last September.
The group was acquired by the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group for £100m.
Easynet CEO David Rowe said: “We are delighted to welcome Brad following our separation from Sky and return to independence. Brad comes with a wealth of experience in finance and telecoms, and will add to the strength of our board as well as the execution credentials of our management team.”
