Dutch cable operator Ziggo has launched an offer to sell E500m senior secured notes in a private placement.
Credit Suisse and Goldman Sachs are global co-ordinators of the issue.
The proceeds of the 2017 notes will be used to refinance a senior credit facility of the same amount.
Ziggo is the country’s largest cable operator. It claims 3.2 million broadband subscribers, 1.6 million digital TV subscribers and one million telephony subscribers. The cable operator is expected to list in 2011.
