The subscription period is set to run from 28 May to 14 June.
The bonds are set to be placed by BPI, global coordinator and co-leader for the transaction, fellow co-leaders Espirito Santo Investment Bank (BESI) and Banif Financial Group and underwriting banks, which include BPI, Banco Espirito Santo (BES), Banco Best, Banif, Banco Popular and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA).
Zon said a request has been made for the bonds to be listed for trading on the NYSE Euronext Lisbon.
