The operator is expected to list in 2011, but no official announcement has been made yet.
Warburg Pincus and Cinven bought Multikabel, Casema and @Home between 2005 and 2007 for a total of E5.6bn, including debt. The integration of the three networks is expected to complete this year.
Ziggo is the country’s largest cable operator. It claims 3.2 million broadband subscribers, 1.6 million digital TV subscribers and one million telephony subscribers.
