He replaces acting CEO Michael Ah Koy.
Recently, Vodafone Fiji and Bemobile struck a partnership agreement under which Vodafone took over the management of the telco, which will also use the Vodafone brand name going forward.
The state of Papa New Guinea has a majority stake in Bemobile. Vodafone manages the operator but has no equity interest in it.
Bemobile is the second-largest mobile operator in PNG behind Digicel.
