BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole, Deutsche Bank and SG were coordinators and bookrunners.
The E1bn four-year tranche has a coupon of 3.5%, while the E750m 10-year tranche has a coupon of 3.599%.
The company said in a release that the transaction was part of an ongoing strategy to balance out its outstanding credit facilities and bond portfolio.
