Bulgarian telecoms incumbent Vivacom has sold its remaining 50% stake in broadcasting tower company NURTS to Bluesat Partners Ltd.

According to media reports, the stake was sold for E57m, the same price as the first 50% stake was sold for.
In August 2010, Vivacom sold half of the company to Mancelord, a Cyprus-based financial investor represented in Bulgaria by Bromak Ltd, a majority shareholder in Corporate Commercial Bank Ltd.
In the first transaction, Vivacom was advised by Lazard.
Bluesat Partners Ltd is reportedly based in Dubai.
The transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the Commission for Protection of Competition.
NURTS operates a radio and TV broadcasting tower network throughout Bulgaria. It has provided terrestrial digital broadcasting services under the DVB-T standard in Sofia since 2006.
The parties were not immediately available for comments.
