Russia-focused telco VimpelCom has hired Alexander Krasovsky as its new vice president for corporate development.
Krasovsky replaces Sergei Petrov, who is leaving the company, a spokesperson for VimpelCom, which operates under the Beeline brand, confirmed.
Krasovsky has been the managing partner for Russian IT infrastructure and engineering systems firm Asteros since 2012.
Previously, he worked for local microelectronics company Sitronics, most recently as vice president of sales.
