US telco Verizon Communications has priced notes with a combined value of US$4.5bn.
The notes have been split into four tranches and are due to complete on Wednesday.

The notes have been split into four tranches and are due to complete on Wednesday.
The first tranche is for US$1bn and matures in 2015 and carries a coupon of 0.70%.
A second amount of US$500m matures in 2017 with a coupon of 1.10%.
The third tranche is for US$1.75bn, and the 10-year notes have a 2.45% coupon.
The final tranche is for US$1.25bn, matures in 2042 and carries a coupon of 3.85%.
All four tranches priced at par.
As previously reported Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan and RBS are the lead bookrunners on the transaction. 21 banks including the lead bookrunners participated in the allocation of the notes.
