The credit line is reportedly divided into two tranches open for three and five years respectively.
The proceeds will reportedly be used to refinance existing debt, fund capital investment and working capital.
EPIC Services Ukraine, a unit of Austrian investment company EPIC, finalised the acquisition of 92.79% stake for Hr10.575 (US$1.3bn) last May.
Ukrtelecom is currently seeking an investor for its 3G unit Utel.
