US operator TW Telecom has priced two tranches of senior notes in a total US$800m offering.
It priced US$450m of 5.375% senior notes due 2022 at 96.25%, and US$350m in 6.375% senior notes due 2023 at 100%.
The enterprise-focused telco had originally said the tranches would be US$400m each.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used to buy back US$430m of the Nasdaq-listed company’s 8% senior notes due 2018, which Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley are managing.
The Colorado-based telco offers internet and network services, and fixed-line telephony.
