Turkish mobile operator Turkcell has announced a five-year 3G MVNO that is due to launch in Germany from Q1 2011. The service will run on Deutsche Telekom’s network.
“We are happy that we can now meet communications and technology needs of our citizens and people in Germany who have close ties with Turkey through our high quality products and services,” Turkcell CEO Sureyya Ciliv said in a statement.
