Turk Telekom has announced it is in talks with banks to raise a seven-year E200m loan to finance the acquisition of Invitel International in Hungary.
Last month, the Turkish incumbent closed the acquisition of Invitel Holdings’ international wholesale business for E221m.
Invitel International provides wholesale data and capacity services in Central and South-Eastern Europe with a presence in 16 countries.
