Tunisie Telecom will list on the Tunis exchange and another European stock exchange before the end of the year, Mohamed Bichiou, head of the Tunis stock exchange was quoted saying in Reuters.
The Tunisian state, which holds 65% of the telecoms incumbent, and TeCom-DIG, which owns the rest, will reportedly sell a 10% stake each.
According to Tustex, Banque d’Affaires de Tunisie has already been appointed for the listing.
Earlier this month, Tunisie Telecom was awarded a 3G licence by the ministry of communication technologies.
