Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, Barclays, BayernLB, BNP Paribas, BRE Bank, Caja Madrid, Credit Agricole (Calyon), Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, ING, Intesa Sanpaolo, Lloyds, RBS, SG and SMBCE formed part of the club deal.
The company was not immediately available for comment.
