Poland’s Telekomunikacja Polska (TPSA) is reportedly set to replace CEO Maciej Witucki in the autumn.
Business newspaper Puls Biznesu reported that Witucki, who has headed the Polish telco, part of France’s Orange group, since November 2006 will be replaced by Bruno Duthoit. According to the report, the French parent group decided the change is needed.
TPSA and Orange declined to comment.
Witucki is also president of the TPSA board. Since 2010, he has also been president of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Poland.
TPSA reported revenues of PLN3.27 (US$0.97) for Q1 2013, down 7.2% from Q1 2012. EBITDA was down 15.8% to PLN1.03 (US$0.31).
