Indonesian telecom tower conglomerate Tower Bersama has obtained a US$350m dual-tranche financing, according to FinanceAsia. This is a club deal with nine banks arranging the financing. The proceeds of the deal are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
The financing is split between a US$300m five-year term loan and a US$50m three-year revolving facility.
The Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp came in with US$70m, Credit Agricole and DBS Bank committed US$55m each, Bank UOB Buana and United Overseas Bank joined in at US$37.5m each and ANZ Panin Bank put US$35m. Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ committed US$25m, Standard Bank US$20m and OCBC Indonesia US$15m, according to the report.
