Time Warner Cable (TWC) has announced that it has commenced an offering of 30-year notes denominated in sterling.
The proceeds from the issuance of the notes are expected to be used for general corporate purposes, which may include the repayment of debt.
Initial price guidance is 225 basis points over the reference gilt, according to Dow Jones.
Interest on the notes will be paid annually.
Barclays Bank, Deutsche Bank, and The Royal Bank of Scotland are the joint book-running managers.
The notes will be issued by Time Warner Cable Inc. and guaranteed by its subsidiaries TW NY Cable Holding Inc. and Time Warner Entertainment Company, L.P.
